AstroAccess is a breakthrough project dedicated to promoting disability inclusion in space exploration. Supporting disabled astronauts in STEM, we launch blind and low vision scientists, students, athletes, and artists on parabolic flights with Zero Gravity Corporation – a first step toward flying a diverse range of people to space.

Achieving Weightless Navigation for Disabled Space Explorers

Achieving Weightless Navigation for Disabled Space Explorers

Our mission is to develop navigation tools aiding low vision/blind users in wayfinding in weightlessness, making space accessible for everyone. In collaboration with our partners, we contributed to the historic Zero-G Flight 1, launching 12 disabled ambassadors.

Advancing Innovation with Cutting-Edge Research and Designs

We conducted research on tactile textiles and handle designs, striving to revolutionize navigational aid in 0G environments. Identifying the potential of multiple prototypes, we seek to combine desirable features into high fidelity navigational surfaces.
