Ultrasound-on-Chip: An Intelligence Layer for the Body in Space

There is still no good longitudinal dataset across the roughly 730 people who have flown. Chip-scale imaging can close that gap.

Everyone is building the stations; far fewer are instrumenting the bodies inside them. Licensed ultrasound-on-chip, paired with guided acquisition, lets a crew member with no sonography training capture diagnostic-quality images.

Built into the habitat

The point is to make the body a dataset worth having, built into the habitat rather than requiring a flight surgeon.
